Specialty Inspections
At Up2Specs, we are proud to offer a full range of specialty inspection services for both the commercial and residential markets. These inspection services include:

• Commercial Inspections - We perform a Commercial Property Assessment (CPA) for commercial real estate, including an depth detailed inspection and analysis of commercial property in accordance with ASTM E 2018.01.  A comprehensive report will be generated listing deficiencies and recommendations for repair.
• Special structural inspections – In depth inspection of structural defects, including a cause and effect analysis and engineering recommendations for repair. This can sometimes be a predecessor to a full engineering design (see engineering services).
• Compliance inspections – progress inspections of contractor to insure construction is completed as designed and specified.
• FHA home inspection – FHA compliance inspections, (including for FHA compliant foundations of Manufactured Homes).
